He struck out 15 Pittsburgh Pirates in seven innings, dropping one strikeout short of tying Lol ich’s franchise record, On May 20, 2012.
Scherzer and the Tigers agreed on $15.525 million in wages money for the 2014 season, avoiding negotiation for the third straight year. On 17 January 2014.
