Grandal’s MLB career and news
He played for the Phoenix Desert Dogs of the Arizona Fall League after the 2011 season. Grandal became the 1st player in MLB’s career to homer on 30 June 2012 from both sides of the plate for his 1st career.
He suffered a knee injury and left the game. An MRI exposed that there was significant damage in the ACL and MC, on 6 July 2013.
Grandal hit two three-run homers and noted a career-high eight RBIs in a match against the Milwaukee Brewers, on 7 May 2015.
