Padraig Harrington’s golf career and news
In December 2003, Harrington won two tours on the European tour 2004 at the Omega Hong Kong Open 2004. He won the European Tour Golf of the Year award in 2008 and 2007. Harrington spent over 300 weeks between 2001 and 2010 in the world’s top ten.
He won the par-3 match at Augusta National, held the daytime earlier The Master’s tournament, in 2003 (tie), 2004, and (tie) 2012. Harrington’s win in the PGA tour secured his position in Europe, making him a spot in the European Ryder Cup 2008 team under Captain Nick Faldo.
