Serge Ibaka’s NBA team career and record
The Thunder paid the buyout and started him to a two-year deal with two more optional seasons in July 2009. He participated in the NBA 2011 Slam Dunk Contest on 19 February 2011. He was finally granted Spanish citizenship after years living in the country on 15 July 2011. Ibaka earns the gold medal award in the Eurobasket 2011 and beating France in the final match by a score of 98-85. Also, he won a silver medal at the Summer Olympics 2012 with Spain.
He helped the Raptors overthrow the Golden State Warriors in six games during the NBA finals to victory the first NBA Championship in June 2019.
