Anna Kalinskaya’s tennis career and news
She won the girl’s doubles tournament at the Australian Open 2016, partnering with Tereza Mihalikova in January 2016.
Kalinskaya advanced to the second round of the 2019 US Open by scoring her first victory in a major, defeating Sloane Stephens for her first top-ten victory. She made her WTA career at the Kremlin Cup 2015 after being handed a wildcard, losing to semifinalist and compatriot Daria Kasatkina in the 2nd qualifying round.
Her first top-200 victory came over Aryna Sabalenka and another 25k title in Aschaffenburg soon allowed Kalinskaya to blow the top 300.
