International career
Anyway, on 22 June 2008 against Gabon Boye was called up for Ghana, making his debut team. He was selected for the Ghana National team’s in the 23-man squad for the Africa Cup of Nations in 2012.
Generally, he has started his tournament debut in the Africa Cup of Nations in 2012 against Botswana on 24 January. Then, he was the important part of the Africa Cup of Nations team of 2015 that he took a silver medal since they lost to Ivory Coast team in 8-9 penalty shoot goal.
