Curry played in Crewe & Nantwich as a beginner and he was trained by his father and Bobby Walsh.

He made his professional debut on 15 October 2016 in the tour of the European Champions Cup against Scarlets. Curry is the 4th youngest English rugby player and also the youngest Sale Sharks player.

He scored his first goal in the tournament of Premiership Rugby on 30 October 2016. Curry won the Sale Sharks’ Young Player of the Season award and shared it with his brother Ben.
