Kei Nishikori’s tennis career and record
Kei lost his 2nd match against Novak Djokovic in 2010. Besides, he lost in the 1st round to Richard Gasquet of the Aegon Championships in 2010.
And he reached the third round, by defeating Florian Mayer and Fabio Fognini along with the system in the 2011 Australian Open.
Nishikori won the Rakuten Japan Open against sixth seed Milos Raonic of Canada to victory his first ATP 500 series title on 7 October 2012.
Nishikori won his opening robin match against Andy Murray at the ATP World Tour Finals in 2015.
After, he lost to a lower-ranked opponent, this time to world No. 179 Dan Evans in straight sets in the 2013 US Open first round.
Afterward, he started his clay-court season at the Barcelona Open Banc 2015 Sabadell where he reached the final later beating Santiago Giraldo, Teymuraz Gabashvili, Roberto, David Ferrer, and Bautista Agut.
