Jerome Boateng club and international career
You joined to play Hertha BSC II in 2006-07, Hertha BSC in 2007, Hamburger SV from 2007-10, Manchester City in 2010-11.
The Manchester City English Premier League club confirmed that the transfer fee of 10.4 million on a five-year contract, on 5 June 2010. On 25 September 2010, he made his debut for City with a substitute appearance during a 1-0 win against Chelsea team.
Bayern Munich career
Bayern Munich team confirmed the transfer of Boateng to the German club for a fee of 13.5 million on 14 July 2011 on a four-year contract. On 27 July 2011, he started his debut as a second-half substitute for Raafinha in a match against Milan.
He was a regular member of the Bayern Munich team that won a treble of the Bundesliga, Champions and DFB-Pokal league during the 2012-13 seasons. Boateng picked up a red card against former club Man City which resulted in a one-match prohibition in the champion’s league on 2 October 2013.
