He battled through leg and eye injuries which reserved him from being a consistent hitting threat in the Marlins lineup, in 2011.
Stanton was named an outfielder on the Topps Major League 2010 Rookie All-Star Team. He hit a grand slam off Jamie Moyer that traveled 462 feet, On 21 May 2012.
