She qualified for the Stanford Classic to make her WTA main draw debut. Dolehide won her first WTA tour-level match against No. 48 Naomi Osaka before losing to Madison Keys in the next-round games in 2017.
She pushed Simona Halep to three sets in her 3rd round loss to the world’s No. 1 WTA player.
Dolehide did not victory multiple main draw matches at a singles event again until a $25K event in April 2019 where she ended runner-up to Barbora Krejčíková of the US Open 2018.
