In the 2018 Sydney International tournament, Vukic made his first singles main draw ATP debut. He qualified in the main draw and lost to Ričardas Berankis and Dušan Lajović.
Vukic made his grand slam debut in the 2020 French Open main draw and in the first round, he lost to Pedro Martínez. He started the 2021 season in the tournament of the 2021 Great Ocean Road Open and he lost Yen-Hsun Lu in ATP main draw first round. But in the second round, he lost to Jannik Sinner.
Vukic qualified in the 2021 Australian Open main draw as a wildcard but he lost to Karen Khachanov as the 19th seed.
