Tony Finau golfer career and news
Finau won the first career title at the Stonebrae Classic in August 2014. He won his maiden title in the PGA Championship at the Puerto Rico Open in March 2016.
In 2018, Finau qualified for the 1st three majors championship, including his first appearance, by taking it to the Tour Championship 2017. He completed in 5th place at the U.S open later a double-bogey on the 18th hole in June 2018, his top finish to date.
He earned over $5,600,000 in the season of 2017-18 with 11 top-10 finishes. Also, he completed T2 at the Genesis Open 2018.
Finau played on the U.S. team at the Presidents Cup 2019 at Royal Melbourne Golf Club in Australia, in December 2019.
