She played as the top seed in the junior event at the US Open in September 2010. Lauren Davis, Caroline Price, Tang Haochen, and won through the draws.
Saville began competing on the ITF Women’s Circuit in 2011 and lost her debut final against Lyudmyla Kichenok in Moscow, but later that year, she won her first professional title by defeating fellow Russian Ksenia Lykina in Antalya. At the end of the year, Saville was ranked No. 383 in the world.
