Appiah is a product of the Ebbsfleet United PASE youth system, and graduated to the 1st team in 2008 and was born in Thamesmead London. Crystal Palace
He agreed his second professional match deal to play for Crystal Palace on 31 January 2012. Appiah joined Football league one side Yeovil Town on a month’s loan deal on 28 January 2013.
